Check the following things:

  • Enter the correct code. Pay attention to numbers, the zero and, in the case of digital codes, the bars.
  • Only then enter the PIN code.
  • Is your card still valid? Use the balance checker for this .
  • Use an additional payment method if there is not enough on your gift card.

Gift voucher balance disappeared

In the event of a failed or uncompleted payment, where payment was (partially) made with a gift voucher, the balance of your gift voucher may have been debited. Don’t worry, this will be automatically credited within 4 hours.

europefamile.com is not responsible for loss or theft of a gift voucher. This also applies to expired gift vouchers that are no longer valid. europefamile.com offers no leniency in this regard. You can still use gift vouchers that are already in your account for subsequent orders.

Gift voucher code unreadable?

Can happen, what you need to do depends on your type of card:

This is how you pay with a gift voucher

  1. Save your receipt, or add it when paying

    Add your gift voucher in your account or during ordering at the ‘Payment’ step.
    Add your gift vouchers to your account

  2. Enter the code(s).

    Enter the gift card number and (sometimes for security reasons) the gift card PIN. You are allowed to use multiple gift vouchers for 1 order.

  3. Pay remaining amount

    If necessary, pay for the rest of your order with a different payment method.

Post-payment is not possible with a gift voucher

If you choose Pay afterwards, you cannot pay the invoice with a gift voucher. Pay your invoice with iDEAL or transfer the money . Save your gift voucher in your account for your next order.

Valid types of gift vouchers

We accept europefamile.com gift voucher/card, JH Nature and ebeke gift card.

Tip: Air Miles, VVV gift cards and the Paper Book Voucher are not valid, but:

  • Exchange your Air Miles for a europefamile.com gift voucher on the Albert Heijn website .
  • Exchange your VVV gift card for a europefamile.com gift voucher on the VVV website . In your mailbox within 1 hour and can be redeemed directly on our website!

Check the conditions

Our gift voucher conditions are the legal rules that protect you as a consumer and us as a company. Summary: in most cases your gift voucher is valid for 3 years and we will always ensure that you receive your order. Via the gift card balance checker you can see how long it is still valid.

We also have discount code terms and conditions . The bottom line: you can only use your code once, you will not get the discount back if you cancel or return and the discount does not always apply to everything. For example, for legal reasons we are not allowed to give discounts on baby food.

You can order the europefamile.com gift vouchers/cards in different themes. With the physical europefamile.com gift card you choose a fixed round amount between 5 and 100 euros. You can purchase the digital europefamile.com gift card in any value between 5 and 150 euros.

Or buy it at stores such as Kruidvat, Albert Heijn, Primera, Jumbo and Bruna. Just like with the digital europefamile.com gift card, you can choose any value between 5 and 150 euros. Keep your receipt in case something goes wrong with the activation. Only the store where you purchased the card can activate the card.

Order business gift cards

Order at least €500 in digital gift cards or at least €2000 in physical gift cards and choose the theme, value and personalize it yourself.
